Let's Talk about shooting in the wind, That is the real problem.
How do you learn?
I saw a guy who had a chart the showed the direction of the wind flags and where the bullet would impact on the target.
And after a relay he showed it to me and it was right, it showed the direction the flags were blowing and that's right where the bullets were impacting on the target.Where do i get one of them charts?

No but i will look at that when i get time, Im going to try and draw it from mem, and scan it.
it was something like this, man i cant draw. you do understand it was right in its horizontal and vertical direction. maybe not in the amount do to wind speed.
And i know i have seen it somewhere before, just dont know where.

Be careful with this chart, especially the big jumps implied between 12 and 1, and 6 and 7 o'clock. The chart in Tony Boyer's book seems to fit my rifle better.

+1, I thing Tony's discussion of dealing with the wind, reading flags, and holds is a great resource. I have read Ratigan's book as well, but Tony's explanation made more sense to me. Luck, Tim
