Range open on Wednesday, August 29th for practice

Planning on two relays of 64 shooters, if there is more interest will go to three relays for a maximum of 96 shooters.

12 RV spots with electrical hook-ups, no water or dumping

Camping is okay,large area for camping

Range is very level,regular flag stands will be fine

I have to believe that if the IBS had a match like this, with even half this amount, they would have a dramatic increase in attendance.

I would then have to believe that if the $4500. was split 4 ways, and divided up amongst 4 matches, this would increase attendance. I would then believe that for the other IBS matches, the attendance would be increased, if nothing for nothing more than the fact the other shooters would want to attend the other matches for practice for the money matches.

This is just my 2 cents, to help increase the attendance at the IBS matches, which have been on a steady decline.

Russell, I certainly don't know how much the prize pool is, but the Nate Boop held every year at Wiekert is a money shoot. The prize pool is drawn from entry fees of attendees of the match. I've been pleasantly surprised a couple weeks after the match to have a check show up with the match results. The payout can be pretty substantial. I would've thought that match attendance for this one would always be good, but as you know, numbers are down there too.

I have got to say that is some great pay outs. WHY do we not have more shoots like that I think it . WOULD bring shooters .back to the sport it makes it more worth YOUR TIME AN HELP WITH EXPENSES .
