Rest attachment for stock

Not sure what this would be called exactly, but let me explain.

I have a stock which has an Anschutz style forearm rail. The stock itself is not wide and flat enough on the front to provide a solid rest on the front bag. Is there something made which will attach to the rail and provide a flat, level base to rest on the bag?

The one from Champion's Choice looks like a good model since it has the T-blocks for the Anschutz rail.

Thanks guys.

Sinclair sells their "Sinclair Forend Benchrest Adapter" for $33.95 #04-1700

I tried one a couple years ago but ended up sending it back. It tended to buckle in the center. Maybe that's why it was discontinued.

MWERKSLLC.com sells an aluminum plate, I call em sleds, that affix to the front rail. Go to his website and take a look. Slick solution for about $50. I own and use several of them. You can build your own out of delrin or other similar material. Some guys make em out of the plastic cutting boards sold at kitchen shops. bob finger

If you have a friend with a milling machine, it is not a hard task to make one. Here is a universal style that I made out of aluminum on my mini-mill. The sides adjust for any normal size fore end.
