What is the diameter of the front ring on a 700 receiver? 1.350, 1.360, or 1.375?

Butch, I just measured two and get 1.355 and 1.357 90 degrees apart on both

Sounds about right Bob. I'm making another receiver wrench that grips the front ring and not the raceways.

Biggest I have seen is about 1.370+.
