For special orders, I have gotten pretty acceptable service from every vendor from which I have ordered. PT7G has been very good in this regard. I have had some reamers take some time but sometimes I take some time too so I don't notice! The longest wait has been from Hugh Henriksen but his are also the nicest reamers and he is a one-man show so there you go.
I have sent some to both Hugh and Dave Kiff for regrinds and both have given me what I wanted and done so quickly. Regards, Bill.
