Hi all I had a result today when the postman came :D I e-mailed RCBS the other day and asked them if they could send me or give me the correct size for the little plastic screw which secures the 10th of a grain wheel on my 5-10 scales and in the post this morning was a little plastic screw for my scales ;D so top marks to RCBS for supplying me with the screw free of charge ;D probably cost them more in postage than the plastic screw cost to make. came all the way from America and postage was $2.05.

RCBS is freakin' AWESOME in this regard.....

I useta' wear out those liddle handpriming gizmos regularly and I'd write a letter to RCBS "I've broken such and such, please send me a breakdown, a price list or call or email @...."

And invariably the part would just show up!

Made me feel guilty,

I've gotten "free" decapping pins, a primer tray for a used press, the only thing I can't get out of them is the old "universal shellholder" for my Big Mac because they don't make 'em anymore.

I assuage the guilt by buying RCBS, lots of it, and by telling folks to buy them. They're a great value and just as "concentric" and "straight" as any other system out there.

RCBS, BUY IT!!! It's the only thing "green" I'll support,

'cept John Deere

AMEN! Broke the screw on cap for one of their inertia bullet pullers, and asked them the cost of a new cap. Apparently they don't just sell them separately so sent me a whole new puller - no charge.

I agree totally a great company service :)
I was going to get a Hornady case trimmer but since iv received the screw from RCBS I am going to look at their trim pro case trimmer, does anyone use one and if so are they as easy to use as the videos show?

RCBS is the best at customer service. Makes some of the others look bad.

Not when it comes to electronics

My chargemaster started acting up and sometimes over dispensed as much as two full grains of LT32. The scale was oscillating in values. RCBS told me that if I sent them $200 and the chargemaster they would replace it. I found it cheaper to buy a new chargemaster scale for $165 and attach it to the dispenser. Works fine now.
