Will there be any effect on powder that has been left in a Harrell measure container (non-airtight) for a few weeks?:confused:
 
Depending on the humidity it might gain or lose some moisture but, it won`t spoil if that`s what you`re afraid of..
 
Powder left in measure

I was loading at Fayette, Alabama several years ago. The temps were in the high 90's or maybe 1000's, and I was in the sun all day. Damn hot, but I shot a .099 on Saturday. Go figure. The heat didn't affect my groups at all, only me.

Do a little test with your chronograph, using the powder that stayed in the measure, and some from the jug for comparison. Let us know what happens. An interesting variant would be to compare differences based on both volume and weight.
