Gentlemen

I am shooting a 6MM PPC after having been away from the game for 13yrs.
My Load with my antique components is
68GR Euber flat base
27.5Gr 322
Federal #200 Small rifle primers
Select Lapua Cases

I am shooting Benchrest at 300yds

The question before burning powder is

How much will an additional .5Grs of 322 affect the point of impact at 300yds.

Yes go out and try it is the ans. but I am FRUGAL and willing to LEARN from others experience

Thanks for any comments

TOM

adding .5gr to an accurate load might shift POI in some direction, most likely random directions since the load will not be accurate anymore.

I use the same load for 100, 200 and 300m with my ppc, 28.4gr N133 behind Barts Ultra 68gr

for my .308 I use the same load for 100-1000m and it's reliable at all distances.. adding more powder might give you more speed but it will not make the shot more accurate..

I understand frugal, but every combination is different. The bottom line is you have to test and when you find the combination that works for your combination the only change required to change the POI is the elevation knob on the scope. I know that is not what you wanted to hear, but that is the real world. You already know that if you shot a few years ago, that part has not changed.
Best of Luck!
