Need a Gun Smith in Minneapolis or Near

I could not find any information in the Forum, but I am wanting to build a Benchrest/F-Class Rifle and I am looking for someone up here in Minnesota or close that has a great reputation for building Match rifles. Lots of people out there that do general work, but nobody I can find with the precision needed.

Does anyone have any recommendations?
 
I have had Jim Kobe in Bloomington chamber all of my barrels for my F-class rig and he has done quite a few of the guns for the area competitors his contact is
