Good morning folks,
I'd like to request a small favor. The Middle Tennessee Sporting Association, formerly Gallatin Gun Club, has recently gotten our new website up and running. When you have a chance it would be helpful if you just click on the link and get us as many clicks as possible. The reason being, this will move our site up the list for Google. We had some negative press last year when we bought the property and we'd like to move those links as far down the page as possible. It won't cost you anything and will only take a few seconds, although do feel free to check the pics and look around while you are there. We will be adding our to our schedule over the next few weeks. As of now the only things on the calendar are the monthly UBR matches. We plan to hold the first match at the Dry Branch Rifle Range on April 6th. If you live in the area and would like to become a member, membership is open. Thanks in advance for your help,

Rick

Looks great Rick. I wish the new club all the best and look forward to April 6.

Lots of work involved doing that.

Richard

We have been very fortunate in that our heavy equipment operator understood what we wanted and has been able to deliver. The club has been satisfied to allow the club secretary and me to build the range as we have seen fit. There have been few complaints that I have heard. The ones that did reach me had to do with how much $$ was being spent. The abilities of the operator have saved us everything we would have needed to pay engineers. That would have been substantial. Except for a few things like the 300 yard/meter berm, the rifle range is complete and we are working on the pistol bays. We will begin shortly on the shotgun/trap facility. We hope to have everything operational by mid summer. That's saying quite a bit considering we have had over 100" of rain since we bought the property. This far surpasses the records which go back to the 1800's.
