Lube for wilson seating stems?

I just got my first 2 wilson SS seater, first hand dies ever. And i thriftstore press juicer converted into an arbor press. The instructions with the dies say yo should lube the stems. Anyone have any recomendations for lube?
Also keep hearing you have to buy an additional stem for VLD bullets???
