If we could get Larry Willis to make us a collet type bullet tipping die that would be even better.It would work similar to his in front of the belt die and simply squeeze the tip closed rather than forcing it closed with the presses ram.
I think that would avoid the slugging up problem and bad Juenke numbers we see after tipping.

The collet would not be able to compress the web (or the head) of the case - because it's solid brass.

I don't see how you could tip with a collet. Even a 4-way collet would taper down to nearly knife edge at the tip.
