Looking for a concentricity gauge

Hi Guys
A while back i saw a pic of a nice little blue concentricity gauge ,which one can also straighten BR ammo as well,i would appreciate if someone can tell me who makes them and where i could get one.

Lester Bruno sells one that actually works quite well. It's not blue though but the round doesn't know that ;-)

The unit i saw ,i think was beeing used by Don Neilson .
