Leupold-Butler Creek Chart?

Anyone know of a chart that tells which Butler Creek scope cover fits which Leupold scope or what the objective and eyepiece diameters are for various Leupold scopes? Specifically the VX-1 4 - 12 with 40mm; the VX-2 4 - 12 x 40 with AO and the VX-2 6 - 18 x 40 with AO?

To really know what size you need, requires measurement of the scope in question. Calipers really help.
