If your talking about the place in California I have several of there stocks and calling them has never been a problem.The inlet is not the best but the wood quality is good for the price.On there laminates the epoxy is very hard in comparison to the wood so the wood hollows out faster if your not using some backing on your sandpaper.They are on pacific daylight time in case that is the problem.
