There is no IBS Score hall of fame
It is simply a Score Hall of Fame and people from NBRSA or IBS can make the list. Whether it is up to date or not is a question I can't answer. Gary Long had a lot to do with the institution of it and the members are in charge of it (independent of either organization). As I am not a member, I do not know who took on the task of keeping it updated. Hopefully others involved will come forward with more info for you.
