how to Adjust the Forster FL sizing for more shoulder bump?

I guess I can use a q tip with a little case lube to lube the inside of case neck? I'm pretty new to reloading sorry about all the questions.

I use bore mops to lube the insides of necks for rounds I use a neck expander with. Drilled a hold in the bench top, 9/64 for 8-32 threads, and just screwed a mop down into the hole (assuming a wood benchtop ) just to the left of the press so it's on the way to the shellholder and standing up vertically. I keep the lube mops in an old plastic bullet box, and hit them with some case lube before use. Not much lube is needed.

May not be perfect, but it works for me and doesn't require picking up anything for every case.
