how offen dod you clean yuor 22cal rim fire

after years of shooting black powder rifles i back shooting bench rest 22cal rim fire. i'm shooting a cmp 5200 and wondering how often to clean to keep her shooting great. any help will be appreciated ...yipper
 
They are medium sized eggs.We shoot rimfire at 100 yds and
centerfire at 200 yds.
I clean my rifles after each match.
