Help with a Rifle Recommendation for a 15 year old

Hi Folks,
The kid came over to the range and he shot my rail gun, 3 five shot groups, agging around .160 in a nice crosswind. He then shot a LV rifle, again 3 groups in a nice crosswind; adding around .180. He loaded all the ammunition under my supervision (I think I will bring him to the matches so I can nap between relays).
He then shot a .22 rimfire... sort of spoiled by then.
Followed up with a 6.5/284 at 300 yards...he liked that one a LOT!
Then a .280 Ackley and finally a .308.
Okay. He wants a bolt action rifle. He says he will start with a .22 rimfire and then in a couple of years he wants a 6PPC LV rifle.
He will join a local NRA youth program also.
His Dad was so happy he was taking pictures every few seconds. Thanks again to all.

Larry,
If he shoots with you again, let him have a go with something like a 17 Remington or a 17 Fireball. Then he won't be able to make up his mind at all. ;^)

When I lived in South Dakota, I brought along a neighbor's 12 yr old son to teach him gun safety and whatnot. His parents weren't into shooting or hunting, but they were not against it at all. I let him shoot one of my 6 BR's and it hooked him. He was very teachable and gun handling came very natural to him. Once I got him hooked, he wanted to try all of my guns out and it really didn't matter what he was shooting, he was good at it. He's in his early 20's now and still shoots a bit here and there. Makes me feel good that I was able to bring a new shooter into our world and he was taught the correct way to handle firearms.
