Hawkeye Lighting

It's pretty clear from the threads that the ~$16 Home Despot Maglight upgrade from incandescent to LED is a bargain.

I am curious how this compares to the

• Hawkeye LED LIGHT

and the

• "Hawkeye SuperNOVA Light"

The maglite uses cheap AA batteries, but the Nova uses expensive batteries in a "tactical" light. I have both & use the mini maglite with the LED bulb.

I added a lens from an old eye loupe to the maglight, when I installed the Home Depot LED upgrade kit. Concentrates the light even more, must be 200% more light than the original Hawkeye maglite! If your hand is steady, you can even take digital photos thru the Hawkeye. Might have to take a few, to find the right focus.

Use of LED lights are better option for this purpose you can also Led Strip Lights for this purpose. These lights are really good in use and easy to operate also.
