Great shoot River Bend, thanks

Folks if you missed the last NBRSA group shoot of the year for the SE Region, you missed a really great event.

From the match director, Jim Andress, to the rangemasters, Brady Knight and Johnny Webb, the target crew (an Alabama Gang?), to the low country boil feed Saturday night, to the roving band of Hoodlums passing out goodies like BBQ, flaming meatballs and plumb cake (Cheryl Hood and grand daughter, Jamie--and yes I'll bet Charlie Hood had a part in this) and to the River Bend Club who hosted the event, thanks.

Okay guys! You've got time to post nice pictures, talk about the goodies that Cheryl makes (great stuff), but WHO WON???????

Did you guys even bother to disguise the drinking, eating and talking s@#t with a little shooting this time? I wish I had been there, sure could have used some of that good grub and booze...

Don't have results but Jim Carmichael won.
Not surprising that Jim won, again. He also shot another 14 agg in HV100. I had to leave immediately after the shoot to deliver some books being sent to the troops to my grand daughter in Knoxville and I can't see worth a hoot to drive after dark so Jim insisted that I go on and he would take our flags down.

Grats Mr Carmichel, my friend.

(Sorry Larry C, I don't know the details either)

Thanks Jerry.

That's great. Jim's a great guy.
Congratulations Jim. If there were other winners, then congrats to all. Hope you all had a great time.

This is completely off of memory so it MAY not be right, but I think it is. lol. Joe Bougard won the LV100. Jim Carmichel won the HV100. Some new guy name of Matthew Keller won the HV200 and Uncle George Waldrep won the LV200. Jim won the 2-gun with i believe Joe Bougard in second. Of note as well, was 18 year old Dalton Jones shooting his first zero at 100 yards and taking 3rd in the LV100. After firing a zero and two ones through 3 groups his load blew up on target 4. He fixed it and followed it up with another one on the 5th group. The kid has spunk!!!! He's also my first cousin so, there was proudness going on (even though he spanked my tail royally that agg). Papaw also got to shoot his first match this year and ended up 7th in the 2-gun! It was such a blessing to see him shoot again. It's moments like that make you smile and count your blessings. He fought all the way through, but had a great time and can't wait for the Shamrock next year. Congrats to Joe, Jim, and George as they all shot well. Such a great weekend and am thrilled that Riverbend is holding 2 matches next year! Woohoo!!!!! Jim Andress really did a superb job with the match, and huge thanks goes to Jim, Brady, Johnnie Webb, the Dittmans and that Alabama target crew. Great match

Congrats to Norman also!
