Got myself a PMA neck turner, now I need an neck expander....

Hi.
So hopefully soon I will neck turn my first case ever... it's all new to me...

I got myself a nice PMA Neck Turner for my 6mm PPC.... I have yet to learn to use it.. but I know I need to buy a neck expander now...

Since I know nothing about those expanders and how they work... I would like to ask you what make/model to get please ? I don't need nothing fancy or too expensive, but a basic tool that does a good job.

What do you think I should get ?

I like the neck expander mandrels and mandrel body die from Sinclair/Brownells. It does a very good job.
 
Did your tool come with a PMA pilot mandrel?

If so, then you should buy the PMA expander. Unless you're very careful about what you are doing, you should buy both from the same source as they are essentially matched pairs. In my case, I had a pretty large investment in K&M neck turning tools prior to buying the PMA cutter. So, I had PMA install their K&M adapter so that I can use my K&M pilot mandrels in their cutter tool. HTH.

yep you want a MATCHED set .
buy from the same maker.
the 2 parts are based on each other
