From Harrisburg PA to Union County Gun Club??

I've made this trip a few times and mostly went up US11/15 to PA 104 to PA45. One of my mapping programs show PA104 being closed in 2 places??

I've even driven that dastardly road over the mountains to the West of PA104 (PA235?). No more of that!! Went to Lewisburg once, longer trip.

Any advise for regulars on this route?

When I went to the Memorial Match in May, there were signs at a bridge it would be closed for construction. I recently went to a traffic flow website and it showed 104 open and moving. So I have no idea and need to know the same thing. I've tried several time to call PENNDOT, never can get someone to answer the phone.

I have been told 104 is open and clear to 45 West in Mifflinburg!
