Anyone know of a good source for diamond gravers and possibly a spindle to convert a motorized unit to use as a drag system? I have a Hermes Engrav-O-Graph, but it is the motorized version and I believe using the spindle with the bearings to drag engrave would over time cause some problems to the bearings.

it will be just fine- just use the correct graver and don't turn on the motor. it causes absolutely no problems. it was made to do both chores.

MSC has the diamond "drag" gravers. They work fine with the powered unit but WITHOUT power.
