Dasher info

Hello Gentlemen,

I'm putting together info about the 6mm Dasher that I want to place online as a reference. Partly because I shoot one, partly because I collect ammo, and partly because I just love this little round.

I've gathered up some bits on NBRSA and IBS records (dang, this little thing dominates!). Please corect me if I'm wrong, additional info is always welcome as well...


NBRSA 6-group agg, 1000y Light Gun:
2004 Richard Schatz, 6.125" (6mm Dasher)
2008 Richard Schatz, 5.370" (6mm Dasher)
2008 Glen Sterling, 5.327" (6mm Dasher)
2009 Billy Copelin, 4.604" (6mm Dasher)

NBRSA 5-shot group, 1000y Light Gun:
2012 Ron Boyd, 1.462" (6mm Dasher)

IBS 4-group agg, 600y, Light Gun:
2011 Sam Hall, 1.607" (6mm Dasher)

IBS 4-group agg, 600y, Heavy Gun:
2012 Charlie Mackie, 1.462" (6mm Dasher)

Not sure, but I think Al Forbs bumped the 6 target and maybe even the 10 target group aggs with a Dasher in 2012. I checked the IBS website but it is not up to date.
 
Don, I got those off this forum, gathered from bits and pieces. Can't find much history on the records through the NBRSA site, just the last one (Mr. Copelin's). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
I had "Charlie Mack" down, dropped the last two letters. IBS site lists it as Mackie, as do other sites (maybe quoting).
