Bushing die conversion

Someone has asked me who converts standard full length dies to a bushing die and I could not recall who I saw that does this? Any help? He wants to make a full length 300 Blackout die with a neck bushing.

I have a die set here for the 6BR .100 Short. The seater is of the inline style with a aluminum base and aluminum cap that has some numbers on top like a generic micrometer top.

The resize die is converted from a Redding 6BR body die into a bushing die with an aluminum plug retaining the bushing and a Redding decapping assembly is threaded into it.

I found the initials JLC stamped into the aluminum on the resize die.

Is this the work of Jim Carstensen?
