Bullets

THey shoot really well in my 30Br. The only problem I'm having is getting them. I've had some on order for some time now. They've gotten more popular because they shoot so well. Supply & Demand. If you can get them I'd recommend them.

I'll echo James...... They are outstanding..! Call Ronnie and he'll get you all set-up.... May take a few weeks, well worth the wait.

Thanks

Thanks for the replys...do you guys normally seat them deep into say +.020 of jam, Touch or jump them thanks for the help.

redrock, have you tried any other bullets? How did they work?
Sam

Yes I have,

I used Berger 110's which shoot very good in my rig with the Nod going to Randy R, Bibs 118-7, bullet that will shoot low 1's.

Always looking for something better, just noticed that the pressure ring on cheeks is a little less .3084 to Bib's .3087 and a shorter bearing surface on the cheeks.

Very hard to beat the Bib's and will continue to use them in competition just always looking...

Also Tried the knight 118-10, not for my rig, throated wrong for them, only had .010 in case at land touch...they were scattered all over the paper no matter what I did.

Cheeks 118 30 bullets

I've shot Ronnies 118 gr. FB bullets for a couple of years and am very happy with their performance. They are like mini-cruise missiles.
I seat them into the lands with a square mark with 62 clicks of H 4198 on a Culver measure. They seem to be very forgiving with the load and are hard to make shoot bad.

Upon the last loading, I had to move the bullet out .010 to keep the same seating contact impression due to barrel throat wear and it made no difference. They still shot the same. I shot a 250-23x and stupidity cost the 2 x's. The best bullets in the world are no cure for being eaten up with the stupids.

redrock, I see you are from South Dakota. I think Al Nyhus is from around there and he makes 30 caliber bullets. You might try him for some.
Sam

Al makes them for himself and he does not sell them, good thing because if he did he would be swamped with orders...They shoot great.
