Bullet swaging questions.

Randy & Lee tsk,tsk ,tsk to much lube and YOU both missed the shiny ring at the lead line only one thing causes that. I'll go with less lube and a smaller core seating punch to make sure core has filled jacket ALL the way and isn't swelling against point up punch when pointing up . you can try a q tip with a little lube in punch to see if that releases it.....
