Brass sticking in chamber?

Turns out the bolt face was just a hair too tight on the BR case causing the brass to bind. The bolt was opened up a little bit (barely noticeable) and now it functions smooth as silk. Life is good once again!

You may have solved the immediate extraction problem, by openning up the bolt face diameter, but if there was binding that means something is off-axis, and that you still probably have incorrect alignment of the chamber, barrel threads, bolt body, bolt face, action raceway, etc............Don

This is very reminiscent of the problems people faced with some BAT actions a few years back.

That is very similar. Thanks for pointing it out. If I have any further issues I might have to try that next. It sure seems to be running smooth now as I'm fire forming brass but I haven't even mounted the scope yet to check accuracy.
