Bolt lube choice???

Pop the lid off a visine bottle, pour in STP. unlike grease, it is
very hard to wipe off. One drop per lug, don't forget the cocking ramp
and extraction cam. never look back
 
Tru-Kote Bolt Magic Bolt Body Oil

As for lube. Purple passion or white lithium grease works well for me.


What I really like is Dave D"s Tru-Kote Bolt Magic Bolt Body Oil; if you aree running a group it really slicken up the acition, It's not a bolt lube for the lugs or cocking piece but just reduced the sliding friction on the bolt and action. Dave is no longer with us and I don't know who will pick up his products which has helped many of us shootinfg BR.

As for Tru-Kote Bolt Magic Bolt Body Oil, all I say as is it smells just like what Dave Kiff puts in his reamers.

Hopefilly some one will pick up dave's products.
