Been there, done it. Not the most fun thing I have ever done. But as long as it is not cancer, no problem. Just a sometimes long recovery time. Also had two biopsies. Last time, 12 needles worth. All you guys over 40, if you have not had a prostate exam, do it. I have had one ever year for the last 33 years. The only good thing about prostate cancer is that if they catch it early you can expect a 100% recovery. Let it go, and there are usually no symptoms, your chances go down. Lost a very good friend because he was too busy to get a check up. Almost lost another one for the same reason. Now he wears a diaper all the time. So get those check ups.
