Best powder for 22-250AI

GG does your rifle like the bullets to jump a little or are you snugging em up to the lands? My first go around with this cal Ive been playing with the 75 A max and 80 Berger H4831 and H4350 gave me about 1/2 min @ 200 but with lighter charges as I get the velocity above 3200 it starts to open up

I have worked up a load for three bullets in this gun over the years, and all of them preferred a seating depth that left a rifling mark wider than it was long. And this is a Shilen 6 groove barrel so the lands are very narrow.
The Berger 80 Grain VLD went 3380 fps, the 75 Amax went 3415, and the 80 grain Nosler Comp J4 goes about 3350. All were launched with H4831sc and Fed 210 primer.
