ARC - 100yd Match for Score
21 shooters - 17 VFS , 4 Factory Rifles
Very pleasant weather to shoot in today, a far cry from the summer.....75, a slight breeze and sunny. Should have been better scores with such good conditions but a few turned in winners.
Factory guns were led to first place by Hal Bogatz and his 223 Rem. With a sizzling 50-4X last target, he posted 247-10X for 1st place. Jon Aronson switched to a 22-250 to grab 2nd at 243-7X. Dicky Johnson gets 3rd with 242-5X.
VFS guns got ANOTHER lesson from Don Mulhall who finishes in 1st with 250-18X. Larry Kochanowicz stayed clean with 14X's for 2nd. 3rd place goes to the latest shooter to join the 250 Club....Norman Luther. He shoots a 50-5X (1st time) and gets beat by Mulhall on wipeouts for best target kitty but hangs tough and nails 3rd with a clean 250-11X. Good shooting Mr Norman !!
Nice weather and a nice match today. Seeing lots of improvement in our newest shooters.
Next months match will START at NOON on Nov 27, which is the last day of Thanksgiving weekend.
