any word on dublin

Dublin is the 1st big match since the shortages began. I'm curious as to how or whether match attendance will react.
People at a local public range told me that attendance there has dropped by 30%-40% and rounds fired per person has dropped also. But that is mostly the hunting and black rifle newbie crowd.
I'll be at Riverbend in a couple of weeks to see for myself.

I shot beside Larry and it was amazing some of the stuff he shot through and got tiny-tiny groups.
The first day I was between Kip Jones and Larry and our targets looked like the Morse code for "R". Dot, dash, dot!!
Grats to all the winners who produced some amazing groups in some tough conditions. Like for example, Buddy Ross shot a 0.123" at 200!!

Saturday morning in Middle Georgia was chilly and very windy with intermittent rain; pre-dawn Sunday brought very heavy rain -- but not enough to deter most of the Sat shooters (only seven of them did not return for the Sunday shoot). After watching a wrecker pull a stuck-to-its-axle SVU from the muck, the shooters got down to punching holes -- and enjoyed a relatively nice day. Thanks to the MGGOA for hosting the event and the volunteers (the range officers, the target crew, the scorer and his helper, and the cooks) for helping make it enjoyable. Shooters and spectators from Oregon (I heard), Canada, and many points in between (including: AL, AR, FL, GA, IA, IN, KY, MI, NC, NY, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, and VA) attended and had a good time.
