Any feedback on the Bat Neuvo Action?

It seems Mr Boyer used one at the Nationals, apparently with some success. That is according to the equipment list anyway.

Neuvo sucess

On equipment lists, it just says Bat, not the model.

I'm Curious if anyone is having good success with the Neuvo.

I've been using one on my Young Rail gun for about 2 months now. It's an ejector model RB-LP-RE. I very rarely use an ejector (old dog trying a new trick), it works well. What I like is; it shoots accurately. The bolt is firm but smooth; the action is on the lighter side so it'll make for a good sporter action.

Accurate --- see the pics!DSC00569.jpgDSC00571.jpg

BTW
When I shot that agg, I was trying to shoot my groups in the 10 ring. I shot most of my shots in the left to right condition, maybe a 10 mph condition. The last target, first 2 shots (left - right condition) would have gone into the same hole as the 2 previous groups. The wind reversed (R-L) and I adjusted my hold for the last 3 shots. The R-L didn't produce the same results as the L-R.

Gary, that is what I want one for as well. I'm wanting a new action for my Rail, the one I have had on it for the last couple of years leaves a lot to be desired.

When the Neuvo first came out, it made a big splash, then it seems not much was said. I think I will order one, I have all Winter.

Thanks for the input.

Hi all, I will be shooting a Neuvo HV at WWCCA this weekend for the first time. I would agree on Gary's assessment ( ...the action is smooth). The barrel and tune will make it shoot. ?

Wish me luck.

Gary, that's quite an agg. It sure looks like you have it working as well as doing a great job shooting it.

Mike, that's the truth.

Heck, just to come up with 25 bullets good enough to do that is mind boggling. Much less being able to to arrive at a tune that impeccable.

Outstanding.

Jackie, Dennis Boyet was using a Nuevo at Kansas City last weekend when he won the HV 100 with a .1512" agg and also won the LV 100 with a .2146" agg. A .3060 in the LV Grand was good enough for the win there as well.
