Where do you find copper ground rod ?

All I've found locally is copper-plated steel rods.

This is so funny....... I got into this conversation about "copper ground rods" with Butch several yrs ago and JUST NOW realized that what Butch refers to is ground copper rod stock....

I'm a foundation contractor. I deal with "ground rods" for 30yrs and never see a solid copper one except on old homes......

I'ma' go down t'shop and peen me some 2ga copper WIRE into some bolts as punishment.....

Myself I use what I believe to be #6 ground wire on the four jaw chuck end and brass inserts are installed on the out bored Spider.
