Sirs,
What (chamber) reamer size, should be used for no neck trim Norma 6mm Norma BR Brass, and a throat for 80-95gr Bergers, 25” 10” twist to use 100-300yds for best accuracy.
Thanks in advance.

Reamer for 6BR

I dont have the reamer dimentions, but if you havent already ordered the barrel in 1:10 twist I would consider 1:13,5 or 14 twist and bullets around 68 grain for best accuracy on 100-300 yards. At that distance heavier bullets will not give you better accuracy than the lighter ones. However if you intend to use it also for varmint shooting and or target shooting at 600 yards your choice is a good one.

272 for no turn necks on Lapua brass, not sure on the freebore, woiuld guess in the .080" range. Ask Dave at PPG when ordering the reamer.

If you're going with a no turn neck, then .060" freebore will work well in the 6 BR with just about any bullet that you want to shoot. It will work with 107 gr Sierra's as well as 68 gr 7 ogive bullets. If you were to go to a tight necked reamer, then you might want to go a little longer if you're going to shoot 107's. My .265", .271" and .272" necked 6 BR reamers have, .060" freebore and measure .471" at the .200 datum line on the reamers. You don't want the base of any bullet seated into a dough nut ring below the end of where the neck is turned.
