Is anyone loading the 22 ppc, if so what oowder seems to work and what is the OAL standard.

Current Canadian made AA2015 has the burn rate that is for all practical purposes perfect in the 22PPC full length..
OAL standard....... Hummm none.. Simply, assemble a dummy round(s) and seat the bullet at various lengths to discover the point at which the bullet sticks in the lands and then note where the bullet doesn't and note the land engagement marks on the bullet... You'll probably find your rifle shoots well at a light land contact to just a few thousands off this mark....
Many do this with excellent results, in particular with an unknow chamber / reamer.....

and what is the OAL standard.
Optimum OAL of a cartridge is dependent on chamber dimensions as determined by the reamer used. There is no standard OAL. If you were using a rifle with a Magazine there might be a Maximum OAL.
