What is the most accurate factory rifle you've owned?

My first foray into accuracy started with a Remington chambered in .223. Of course I was advised by just about everyone to sell it and get a full blown custom. This rifle is now a factory/hybrid as well. Wood laminate stock, pillar bedded, Krieger barrel now chambered in 6X45 and a Jewel...

    2nd ammendment site ONLY !!!!!!!!

Bruno’s has always been my go to for barrels, bullets and loading supplies. Their prices have been lower or competitive with most. Right now prices are up all over. If Bruno’s is charging more I would have to believe it is because they are paying more from their supplier. If they wish to...

    6BR what twist

I think the first thing a newer shooter needs to do is consider, is, what are your goals and intentions. Do you intend to load up the motorhome and criss-cross the country in search of hall of fame points or shooter of the year awards or do you just want to get together with your friends at...

Match Results Iosco Sportsmens Club 100 Yard Score Aug 1

The winds were relatively kind, the competition was fierce and friendly. We had a good turnout for our Aug 1, 2020 match and attracted a few faces we hadn't seen in a while. Matt Dardas left his rimfire rifle home and showed us he is still a master of centerfire benchrest. Thanks to all...

    Michigan Starting to Re-Open

Tim, if you are going to use your worn out BVD’s to make a mask, might want to run them through the Maytag first.

    Michigan Starting to Re-Open

All things aside, Francis, I would trust a dentist to be better trained and equipped to deal with infectious disease Control than a barber or nail salon tech. You can live without a haircut or getting your nails painted, but good oral care can mitigate some pretty major health concerns.

Would you go to an out of town match at this time??

I think just as much could go wrong with those states that have implemented touch screen voting machines with no paper backup. I have read reports about these machines being hacked into and who can trust the companies that created them to not have a backdoor into their machines to change...

Would you go to an out of town match at this time??

Just checked statistics: according to the National Highway Traffic Administration for the year 2018 (the most recent numbers available), the daily auto traffic death rate was 98. A sad end for those unfortunate souls, but a far cry from 3000.

Would you go to an out of town match at this time??

When this is all over with, and if, it turns out to be not as bad as was predicted, there are those that will say “I was right, all hype”. But, will the severity REALLY be less BECAUSE of the hype and people took proper precautions. Difficult to prove either way.
