I think he needs more information than just "check it" Thats pretty vague. The best advise nobody has given is to build the rifle, shoot it, and go from there. Focus on the chambering, bedding, optics, reloading etc. Ben

Kevin, You'll find the 6,5x47, 6,5x55 and 6,5x284 is preferred by most here, based on the availability of Lapua brass. A shortcoming of the 260 rem in some peoples opinion.
