I wouldnt try it.
I remember a Panda in dads shop before he retired that had to be stripped of dads tefcote because the tolerances were to tight.
These guys have been around for years and can give you a better answer.

Your ammo might not be what that setup likes. What are you using.
Also go over everything a second time.
Make sure things are tight.
Make sure your barrel is free floating.
Make sure your scope has no paralax. As in when you move your head the retical doesnt move.
Some times it something...
My round Polar action is also a 4 digit serial # 84xx. I dont think the amount of digits really matter. I assume it means year and what ever action it is. 2001 13th made.
If your bolt is the same style as mine it takes a regular rem700 tool.
JammerSix I dont have an answer to your question but would like to talk to you about where you shoot. I am in Tacoma and shoot BR but know a few shooters that you might interested in speaking with or you may even shoot with them.
PM me if you care to chat
Matt
I bought a varmint rifle built by a local gunsmith who is a BR shooter and he wanted me to bring it to a match so he can look at it. While I was there another shooter asked me to shoot his targets. I was hooked.
Thank you!
Thank you for showing thanks to us vets and the ones who served.
I am proud to stand among my military brothers past, present and future.
And to all who have served. Thank you for keeping us safe.
AF 1993-2007
bolt lugs were very ruff, bolt face had a very nice primer ring from what ever, ejector didnt work, bolt shroud was engraved at one time but it looked like someone tried to remove it. Was told it was a dual port from Hart but it looked questionable.
I was wondering if anyone could give me a little insite on Hart actions. There is a benchrest unlimited rifle close by that has a dual port Hart action I may try and look at.
Were they a good action in the day. How would one compair to todays standards.
Thanks
Matt
How much of a pain in the butt is it to set a rail gun up on your bench?
The reason I as is say one has to share a bench and the two rails do not interchange.
I understand that. But also results dont last forever either.
So what about this. Which is more prefered a barrel block system or a glue in bedding like Mr. Hall used in the past?
I am in the market to buy a used railgun.
So what I am looking for is what to look for that would make a rail not worth buying and also what to look for to make it worth buying.
I know this is a very wide question but dont know any specifics to ask.
Thanks
Matt
