I doubt you'll get Harrells to make you a 30PPC die I couldn't get them to modify a 30BR die to size the whole neck.

My reamer puts Berger 130's shank/boattail junction dead at neck/shoulder junction when .010 in the lands.

I don't have a clue what a Meek's annealer is but the one the woodchouck den sells is a torch head the goes a handheld propane tank. Where the fire comes out is ring so that it heats evenly on all sides. I have a pic I can scan tomarrow if you really want to see it. Larry

Measuring something like this isn't super precise, but mine sizes .231-.233 as best I can tell. The whole case measures 1.510 and a longer case would obviously have more of the neck sized.

This is a 0 freebore chamber. BIB 118 7og. I have the 10's also but they dont go as deep in the case. Right now I'm loading them .030" into the lands. The rifle shoots ok but everyone tells me pressure ring below sized portion is a no-no. I just want to eliminate any possible causes of trouble...

The pressure ring on the bullets in my 30BR is below the sized portion of the neck. I called Harrells and asked if they could modify the die to size more or all of the neck they said no. Is the there anyone who could fix this die for me? Thanks. Larry

When I expanded over a K&M 6-30 in one pass mandrel the neck got bent pretty bad and never did straighten out in 13 firings.

If you do it for gods sake determine the length of you chamber to the end of the neck and TRIM THE CASES FIRST! Oh and about 10g of bullseye, COW to the neck top off with wax or paper wad.
