    A stickey wicket

somewhat related Tim, pardon this reply, it's not an attempt to hijack your question. I haven't noticed this with new brass tipped rods and I don't use the aluminum ones. I definitely won't use them now. I have to replace my brass tipped rods every couple of years as that coating swells and...

    What is LT-31??

Does it really matter if it's weight or volume, as long as you do it consistently? It would seem that the only difference would be you'd get LT 30.993 or maybe LT 31.011 depending on your choice.

    The Rattlesnake at Raton

I recall the days the NRAWC used to be more accommodating to Benchrest shooters and we could be more laissez-faire about rolling in. I came down there early once (because I had done so all the time) and a DOE SWAT team had a Tactical Trailer set up in the parking lot and was using the range...

This is a hard post...about a friend & shooter passing

Benchrest shooters as a group tend to be pretty tightly wound. Tom was sure good for keeping things light. But as many have pointed out, he was an incredible competitor too and showed us how to strike that balance. I spoke with him a lot at the Cactus this year and thoroughly enjoyed the time...

    Hand Priming Tools - 2017

Clarification Not my family. That was a frame capture that came from the real-time video feed off a drone I sent over your house. I'm happy to see that your BR rifle skills are much better than your shotgun skills! By the way, that 10x20 shed you have 30' to the NW of your house needs a new roof!
