Doug, the SOY was based on a point system. One point for each person you beat in each match. Plus 2 points were awarded for each day you attended the match. We allowed for two days to be dropped (missed or lowest points scored). This was the same point system used last year. MKS

Erosion Apollo - the check is more like every 1000 rounds. My experience with over 8000 rounds down a 30PPC was less than .005 change (4198) suspect the 30BR would be about the same rate. mks

30ppc My loads run 2950 FPS (give or take) and I currently run 17 but have also used 18 twist. I did not see any measureable difference at the target.

30PPC Load I use tuner, but the load has remained 31.6 or 31.8 Gr. 4198 w/ 112Gr BIB.

30 ppc Donald, the reamer is made from a Speedy 6PPC modified only at the neck for a .308. Actual length is 1.510. It is a 30PPC but I have just a hair more capacity due to the body. Very close to the standard Jackie reamer. mks
