    PSL Registration

If you are planning on attending the 2-7-09 PSL match at the Rocky River Barn, please follow this link and register

    http://www.proshootingleague.com/Webs/registration.html

The entry fee can be paid at the match. We just need to get a count on how many to expect for food, and we want to have the targets and computer stuff done before we get to NC.

Also, I have been getting questions on the scoring. Scoring is best edge, just like 50/50, RBA, and USBR. Touch the center dot for 100 and completely take out the dot for an X(just like USBR).

Also, here are the guaranteed payouts for the top ten finishers
    1st $1587.30
    2nd $793.65
    3rd $555.56
    4th $476.19
    5th $396.83
    6th $317.46
    7th $277.78
    8th $238.10
    9th $198.41
    10th $158.73

    Total for 1st-10th is $5,000
Each individual target winner will also win $100 plus any contingency fees.
At this moment, the only contingency fee we have is for using the Pappas Rest. If you win a target will using a Pappas Rest you will be paid an additional $50 for a total of $150. I am talking with a few others about this, but no one other than James Pappas has put their name on the line.

    Pay Out

    Dan:
Is this the pay out for each event, or for the overall finish for the entire season?

    Fred,

That is the pay out at each match.

The champion at the end of the season will receive a check for $5,000. It is only paid to the champion.

    More

The PSL, offers more to the competitors than any Nationals I have ever attended. I hate to miss it, but our health comes first. This is the first time, that you will ever have a chance to make money at this sport, and it's not the Government's money.

I'll try this one more time. What if you only get 30 shooters to show for a match, do you still pay out the 5000.00 and lose your a$$ or maybe I missed something.

Yes, Dan could lose money but it's not likely. I think there will be plenty of shooters.

    My Understanding

Dan is a fair and honest man, and he said ,that would be the payout regardless of the number that show. The only loss will be the competitors if he can't get the numbers necessary to continue the program.

I could not agree more Fred I have met Dan and he is first class. It just seems the number of shooters at matches has got smaller the last two years.

    Each match is 5 targets.

    Gerald,

My tail is on the line, $5500 will be paid out even if only 1 shooter shows up. So, please come and bring all of your friends. It sure would be nice to break even.

Dan, I had already made plans to make some of the matches.
