    Flash Ebert unfinished rifle

    I have a E A Brown 97D falling block rifle with center fire action but it has a custom 21” stainless steel bull barrel chambered in 17hmr rim fire seems I’ve bought an unfinished project that was being built by Flash Ebert looking for information on what’s the best option rebarrel to center fire cartridge or can the firing pin be changed to rim fire?

    Make it into a .17 Hornet. Probably will just need to ream the chamber and fit the extractor.

    I talked to Flash on the phone a few years before he died. I asked him if he could build me a rifle in 6MM PPC. He said that he only built rifles in .22LR.
