Getting new glasses with photo gray added to polycarbonate lens material. I have a sightron siii 10-50x60 with fine cross hair retinal on my BR rifle. Will I be able to see the CH’s clearly like I do now with my current lenses?

Nobody will be able to give you a definitive answer, everybody's eyes differ but probably.
If you shoot with lenses remember to properly re adjust crosshair sharpness with eyepiece, among the most common areas guys constantly screw up.
