Spencer VA Hog rifle article

I'm trying to find some information on this particular rifle;

I seem to remember an article in Precision Shooting magazine written by the man who had the rifle built. I've gone through my old stacks of the magazine but can't seem to find it (if it exists at all).

Does anyone remember that article or possibly who had the rifle built, I know it's a longshot but just trying to find some information and any help is greatly appreciated.
