For You Veterans and Friends of Veterans

The company that my significant other manages, is the premier designer of museums and exhibitions. Today I got to go through the new Veteran's Memorial and Museum in Columbus, Ohio. It opens on the 27th and if you are in the Columbus area and a patriot, it is something you should try to take in. Even though her firm is doing the Obama Library (they did not pull any punches doing the Clinton Library) I was happy to see how they covered this, 1775 till the present.

P.S. - Since Veterans use Guns, I figured this was a general Firearm topic not related to Bench Rest.

Thanks for sharing but unfortunately it's also on the opposite of the country for myself to be able to ever visit. If not for their service and personal sacrifice's and in all honesty we could not now sit here enjoying life. Also unfortunately if the left were to ever take control it might have all been for naught as they continue to push closer to socializam and what they have been called to fight and have severly sacrificed against so please keep that in mind for the mid terms only you can make those sacrifices worth their sufferings.

So as a veteran I should feel comfortable with the Obama Library coverage?

Obama's library based on his eight years of accomplishments should only be about the size of a one hole outhouse so what is there for the News Media to actually cover?

If you have ever been to any of the Presidential Library's, you will find that they do not cover up anything. It is part of their purview. A whole section of the Clinton Library is about the Lewinsky situation and they even tried to get the blue dress for it, but her mother would not give it up. In any case, like it (or them) or not, it is our history.

I've never been to a Presidential Library and I'm pleased to hear they tell it like it is. I pretty much assumed negative issues would be glossed over. Now I know better.
