I was fortunate enough to rescue a peace of bench rest history from a barn. I bought a rail built by bill hall ser. #002. Its a 6ppc with a messer barrel . Looking to see if any of you older shooters have any info on this rail. Barrel block appears to be glued in rather than the typical split block. If you have any input your help would be appreciated. Thanks !!! ;)
